The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team In Training ( TNT) is the world’s largest endurance sports training program. The program provides training to run or walk a full marathon or half marathon or participate in a century (100 mile) bike ride or triathlon. Participants raise funds for leukemia, lymphoma and myeloma research and patient services in exchange for training, support and lodging and airfare to the event of their choice. With the funds participants raise we are able to fund 4 researchers at the James Cancer Hospital for 9 million dollars. For more information visit www.teamintraining.org/coh.

The Human Powered Racing (HPR) team leadership's mission is to anticipate, guide, and cultivate the needs and performance of it's dedicated athletes of all ages and skill levels.
HPR's goal is to provide a comprehensive multi-sport service that addresses the training, racing, and recovery needs of the novice, veteran and elite athlete. Human Powered Racing's athletes will be provided with the following:
- Comprehensive Professional Coaching (the ryhyme & reason for training)
- Outstanding Sponsorship (from bike shop to recovery sports massage, even discounts at FrontRunner!)
- Inspiring Swim Instruction & Facility (a coach that "coaches")
- Gym & Spinning Facility with Sport Specific Equipment (for the tri/du athlete)
- A Team that will tap into their Inner Athlete (this is an explosion of fun!)

NEW to Upper Arlington! Carve out time for yourself in 2009! Join Moms In Motion – fitness teams for women. Moms In Motion helps women simplify their lives by combining fun, fitness and philanthropy all in one organized group. Teams are typically 10-12 weeks long, end with a culminating event and range in sport including running, walking, hiking, triathlon, skiing, boot camp and cycling. The Upper Arlington Team will begin with a 6-week 5K run/walk Training and will move onto half-marathon, triathlon, strength, and/or yoga training throughout 2009.
