FRONTRUNNER TRAINING GROUP
 
FrontRunner Training Group welcomes runners/walkers of all shapes, sizes and abilities. If you are new to running/walking, we have a group for YOU. If you are an experienced racer or serious age group competitor, we have a group for YOU. Whether you are looking to complete your first half marathon or marathon, you will find a home with the FrontRunner Training Group. Our mentors are experienced marathoners, half marathoners and 5/10K runners with years of collective experience and hundreds of events among them. We strive to make training a fun, exciting and non-intimidating experience in a family friendly environment. Come LEARN with us! Come TRAIN with us!
 
Winter/Spring 2010
Marathon & Half Marathon Training will begin January 17th – May 1st.
Our 16 week schedule will prepare you for one of the following races:
 
 Cap City Half Marathon – May 1st
 Flying Pig Marathon & ½ Marathon – May 2nd
Cleveland Marathon & ½ Marathon – May 16th
