Minimalist Training Clinic at FrontRunner Saturday July 24th at 8am
FrontRunner will host this clinic for people considering minimalist or natural running. Dr Jason Diehl from the Max Sports Medicine Institute, a veteran marathoner and Medical Advisor for Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team In Training will be our guest speaker.
This clinic will cover biomechanics of minimalist running, the pros and cons of running without traditional running shoes, and how to safely transition to natural running.
As usual, the clinic is FREE! In addition, everyone in attendance will receive a valuable FrontRunner Gift Certificate. Doors open at 8am. Refreshments will be provided.
Speaking of great refreshments, our good neighbors at Starbucks at the Fiesta Lane Shopping Center have graciously offered assistance with our parking shortage. If you find our parking lot full this Saturday morning, please do not park in front or in back of Tommy's Pizza. Tommy's will tow your vehicle. Instead park at Starbucks, and while you are there bring of copy of this email on the day of the seminar to Starbucks 1315 W. Lane Ave. to receive $1.00 off any beverage.
